Packaging & Preparation

To protect your investment and simplify installation, most sauna products are carefully packaged with additional protective materials.

Depending on the product selected, sauna heaters, accessories, and related components may be securely placed on top of the sauna crate and enclosed within a reinforced wooden shipping container.

Each shipment includes essential product information, installation guidance, and operating instructions to help you begin your wellness experience with confidence.

If you have specific packaging or delivery requirements, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Delivery Method

Due to the size and weight of our larger sauna products, many items require specialized freight delivery.

Large saunas are typically shipped on oversized pallets and delivered by scheduled freight appointment. A valid phone number is required so the freight carrier can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Freight delivery includes:

Scheduled delivery appointment
Transportation by professional freight carrier
Curbside delivery service
Placement of the shipment at ground level

Please note that curbside delivery refers to the nearest accessible location where the delivery truck can safely reach. The carrier is not responsible for moving products inside your home, garage, or facility.

Customers are responsible for arranging any additional assistance needed to transport the product from the delivery location to the final installation area.

Shipping Carriers

We select the most appropriate shipping method based on the product type, order size, and delivery location.

Typical shipping methods include:

Small wellness accessories and portable products
Shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Large sauna structures and oversized wellness products
Typically delivered through professional freight carriers specializing in large-item transportation.

Where We Ship From

Norve Living operates fulfillment locations across the United States to provide efficient delivery options.

When your selected product is available in one of our domestic warehouses, it will be shipped directly from that location.

For products that require production or customization, orders will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility after completion.

Taxes

All products purchased through our website are tax-free, and no additional sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email verifying that your purchase has been received and processed.

In-stock products:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Made-to-order or out-of-stock products:

Production typically requires approximately 20 business days before shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking or delivery information.

Please note that unexpected circumstances, including severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events, may affect delivery timelines.

Delivery Area

At this time, Norve Living ships within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

We currently do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
